1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the Imperium Sanctus website and members' area. By using them, you agree to these terms. The service is aimed at the alliance community and is non-commercial.

2. Access & account

Access to the members' area is handled through your Discord account and requires membership of the associated Discord server as well as the required role. You are responsible for the security of your own Discord access. If you lose your membership or role, your access may end automatically.

3. Conduct

When using the service, you must behave respectfully and comply with applicable law. In particular, it is not permitted to post unlawful, offensive or disruptive content, to misuse the features, or to take any action that impairs operation. We reserve the right to suspend access in the event of violations.

4. User content

You are responsible for content you submit yourself (e.g. character and clan details). You warrant that you are entitled to use such content and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties.

5. Availability & liability

The service is provided without any guarantee of constant availability; it may be changed, restricted or discontinued at any time. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law. We accept no liability for outages, data loss or damage caused by third parties.

6. Trademarks & third-party rights

"Lineage II" and related names are the property of their respective rights holders. Imperium Sanctus is an unofficial community project and is not affiliated with NCSOFT.

7. Changes

We may amend these terms of service. The current version is always available on this page.
